Our mouthpieces were developed with help from many popular L.A. recording artists. They are made by a machinist who makes parts for JPL and NASA, so we know every model is perfectly consistent. They are cut out of solid brass, then sent to us for final adjustments before being silver plated. Please contact us for more info.

O'Connor Model (screw rim)
This design was developed for Brian O'Connor as a replacement/improvement on the mouthpiece he was using as a recording artist. It is a large bore mouthpiece available in #1 and #4 drill. This mouthpiece is the Hollywood sound!

Patterson Standard Model (screw rim)
Medium cup, similar to older Chambers model. This mouthpiece offers a rich, full sound which is well centered and defined. It has more center than the stock Chambers due to less bowl shape in the bottom of the cup.
Specify bore size by drill number 1 through 18.

Patterson Geyer Model (screw rim)
This mouthpiece is based on of two of Carl Geyer's mouthpieces and has a deep cup with 11 drill bore size.
Patterson De Rosa Model (screw rim)
This is an actual copy of Vincent De Rosa's mouthpiece and has a slightly deeper cup than the Patterson Standard Model. Comes in #1, 4, and 6 drill bore sizes.

Patterson De Rosa Model
A medium wide model offering an extreme amount of comfort and allowing the player to play for an extended time without cutting into the lip. This model has a full rich sound and smooth slurs.
Comes in 4 widths:
- #1 - 1.0" outside diameter (25.39 mm)
- #2 (formerly #8) - 0.980" outside diameter (24.89 mm)
- #3 (formerly #6) - 0.960" outside diameter (24.38 mm)
- #4 - 0.940" outside diameter (23.88 mm)

We usually stock the MB-5 and the MB-7 in black nylon, but we have trouble keeping these popular cases in our inventory! However, we place orders regularly, so if you would like to order a different case or a special color case, we would be happy to get one for you!

MB-5: The MB-5 is a detachable bell backpack-style case with storage inside for 2 mutes. It comes with 2 backpack straps and a mouthpiece pouch (for 3 mouthpieces), and is available in 2 different sizes.
MB-7: The MB-7 is a detachable bell case that can carried as a backpack or over the shoulder, and has room inside for a mute and a music stand. It comes with 2 backpack straps, a shoulder strap, and a mouthpiece pouch (for 3 mouthpieces), and is available in 2 different sizes.
